Included with Basic Hosting is a suite of security tools including firewall, password encryption, and backup software. Telephone technical support is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. If the site is compromised or defaced, we will restore it within the next day from your previously provided backup. Training, additional technical support, and site security services, including restoration of the site if needed, are billed at $75 per hour.

Site Insurance Management Service is available for $300 per year. SIMS includes Basic Hosting plus timely installation of all available updates. Telephone technical support is available Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to midnight. A weekly backup will be scheduled, and if site is hacked, it will be restored within the next day from the most recent good backup. Site restoration, if needed, is $100 deductible.
